Work Type Guardrails for Jira is published by Dripwork. The app stores the work type IDs that make up your rules, inside your own Jira site. It collects no personal data, and it makes no network calls outside Atlassian.

What the app stores

The app stores work type IDs. These are the From and To types of each rule you create. They are saved in a project property inside your own Jira site.

That is the only data the app stores. It does not store issue content, user names, email addresses, or any other personal data.

What the app does not do

It does not collect personal data.
It does not transmit data outside your Jira site.
It makes no external network calls. The app runs on Atlassian infrastructure and reads and writes only within your Jira site.

Data location and removal

The rule data lives in a project property in your Jira site, under your control. It is held wherever Atlassian hosts your site, and it is covered by your own agreement with Atlassian.

Removing a rule on the settings page deletes its stored data.
Uninstalling the app removes the app's access.

Because the app stores only work type IDs and never reads or transmits personal data, Dripwork does not receive, hold or process personal data from your Jira site through this app. Rule data stays in your site, where you remain in control of it.
