These terms govern your use of the dripwork.dev website. Our apps are licensed under their own terms, which you will find on each app's marketplace listing.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by a sole trader established in Finland, trading as Dripwork.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the above. "You" means the person using this site.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website only. They are not the licence for any app.

Each app we publish is licensed under its own end user licence terms, shown on that app's marketplace listing. The marketplace you install from, such as the Atlassian Marketplace or the monday.com marketplace, also applies its own terms to your installation, billing and refunds. Where those terms conflict with these ones in respect of an app, the app's terms and the marketplace's terms govern.

3. Using this website

You may read this site, and link to it, for any lawful purpose. In return, please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it;
• interfere with the site's operation or availability, including by automated flooding;
• copy the site's design or written content wholesale and present it as your own;
• use the site in breach of applicable law.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or professional advice. Descriptions of apps are summaries, and the authoritative description of an app is its marketplace listing and its own documentation.

4. Apps and marketplaces

We do not sell or bill for apps on this website. Where an app is paid, it is purchased through the marketplace it is listed on, and that marketplace handles pricing, payment, invoicing, trials, refunds and cancellation under its own terms.

App availability changes. An app described here as in review may or may not be approved, and we may withdraw, rename or stop supporting an app. Where an app is already installed, we will handle any discontinuation in line with that app's own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Dripwork name, the drop logo, the wordmark, the written content of this site and its design belong to us. You may not use our name or logo to suggest endorsement, affiliation or authorship that does not exist.

Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Republishing pages wholesale is not.

This site uses the open source thinking-orbs library by Jakub Antalik for its animated graphics, used under the MIT licence.

6. Third-party names and links

Atlassian and Jira are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd. monday.com is a trademark of monday.com Ltd. Any other product names belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to describe which tools our apps work with. Our apps are independent products. They are not made, endorsed or certified by those companies.

This site links to third-party websites, including marketplace listings and our apps' own sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any page, at any time and without notice.

8. Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties in relation to the website, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from an app is dealt with in that app's own terms, not here.

9. If you are a consumer

If you use this site as a consumer rather than for business purposes, you keep all the rights given to you by mandatory Finnish and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.

For a dispute we cannot settle between us, a consumer in Finland can contact the Consumer Advisory Service and refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Note that purchases of our apps are made through a marketplace, so a dispute about payment or a refund is usually one to raise with that marketplace first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and the Finnish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EEA country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
